Check random heroic and leave without debuff

This guide will help you how to know which random heroic you got, and decide if you want to get in or not. if you dont want to get in you will not get the debuff.

1 - First place, never finish the Vashj'ir attunement quests. This quests are for example:

Visions of the Past: Rise from the Deep
Visions of the Past: The Invasion of Vashj'ir
Visions of the Past: The Slaughter of Biel'aran Ridge

To resume, its the series of quests you polymorph into a NAGA and for this to work you have to be in the NAGA form.
To do that, use the Blade of the Naz'jar Battlemaiden at the proper place to shape into the NAGA.

2 – Queue youself into random heroic / or even non heroic.

3 – Accept the the “Enter Intance” pop message. After you accept, you will NOT be teleported into the dungeon because you are morphed into a NAGA.

4 – By dragging the cursor, see where the party members are and that will be the instance you are placed in.

5 – If you want to join, right click your portrait and DISMISS the NAGA. If you dont want to join stay within NAGA shape and tell in party them to wait cause you are questing. You will get and instant kick and will not get the debuff.

6 – I will confirm later on, but as far as I remember, if the party doesnt kick you, you can remove yourself from the group without getting the debuff too. I will confirm this point later on.
