I'm not certain if it's just bugged for me or what, but it appears that Blizzard may have hotfixed this hotzone for treasure and leather. The Stone Bats are no longer skinable for me and they barely drop any treasure chests. Was great whilst it lasted :-/

Jup, tried it myself aswell just now. They nerfed it to hard. I'd say close this guide =( but have no fear, http://www.mmowned.com/forums/world-...ey-income.html might be the next farm spot.

Can confirm this! I spent an hour farming this using Potion of Treasure Finding and I got:
205 Embersilk Cloth
5 Volatile Fire
3 Volatile Life
Around 600+ after selling vendor trash and gold from Treasure chests.

7,8% Jaspertip Swarmer
3,9% Stone Bat

i'd say just go for the swarmer if u have space issues because of the trash they drop every time and the lower drop rate of Treasure Chests

Woke up this morning after reset, this spot is now nearly unfarmable. Only dropping at most 15 silver per drop with 0 trash. Looted about 10 packs and got 3 bent flayer talons and 1 chest.. Before that, even after the first nerf, this spot was still great farming. But now it nets horribly low income. I'd be surprised if you could even pay for the pot you used to get chests here.

it just got nerfed on area 52. i spent an 1 hr with the potion on and only got the following:

20 stack x3 from the chests
about 40g
and 3 greens.

when compared to 3days ago when i had over 900 pieces for 2hrs.
and 20greens.

This got nerfed hard.
