Confirmed by blue post - Rested experience will be reset at launch. We will start at 0 rested. And btw, heirlooms won't scale with anything more than level 80, not even level 80.9999999, so it does not worth spending JP on your main char's heirlooms. No, it has nothing to do with the guide, just to let know ppl that read about how to level fast.

Either way - not important if they wipe or not the quests this wednesday - whats important is confirmation that you will be able to turn in quests from WotLK for XP in Cata - what some people on 1st page of topic implied will not be possible.
I personally will wait till wednesday - just to be safe, and then will farm remaining quests from the list and do dailies just to get 25 cap (not many not-daily quests for me sadly, as I've done all Loremaster Achievments beside Icecrown one :/)

Will you allow players to fill their quest log with say, 25 dailies, and then turn them in right after Midnight on December 7th to get a quick boost towards 85? This is how it worked in the beta, but some players are confused on whether it will work on Live. Thanks!
Regarding 25 daily quests to turn in when the expansion goes live, this is something players have been able to do for the last 2 expansions and we aren't talking about changing it now.

Just been preparing and we have around 24 hours to go and just doing the quests now. I've noticed that from doing a daily with Argent Tournament you can also get a "Kraken Tooth" which is an item that starts a quest. Pretty sure it came from Hrothgar's Landing. Pretty nice for an extra 22k rep I believe and you can keep it out of the quest log until you need it ^-^

Those items that say "This item begins a quest" may be rather useful just to add that little extra rep. Anymore in Northrend worth handing in?

Great list. I would add that if your doing Halls of Lightning for Loken you can add Diametrically Opposed - Quest - World of Warcraft for an easy extra 44k xp

Also if you have never turned in an Everfrost chip to the sons of hodir you can hold that in your invintory for another quest. Everfrost - Quest - World of Warcraft

Depending on the faction balance and population of your server, you might not want to do this. By the time you turn in these quests(10-15 min is all it takes) the quest zones will be swamped. No use getting a 200k head starts on your leveling if you're going to be waiting for respawns all night.

Try 500k

Being 5 mins late to the zone isn't going to make a HUGE difference brosef.

I wouldn't worry either.. they boost the respawn rates of mobs.
