Solo ICC Trash for BoE Epics as an Arcane Mage

Theres been guides on how to solo ICC trash as a rogue, but not as an arcane mage. First off the amount of gold you will get from this is purely on luck, for it took me 22 runs in order to get Stiffened Corpse Shoulderpads - Item - World of Warcraft which sold for 8k gold on my server.
Set the difficulty to 25man and find someone to be in a raid group with you

1 As an arcane mage set targets to both mobs.
2 Pull them and you want to lure them in front of the 3 guards in the center.
3 Frost nova them then use invincibility.
4 If they reset you may want to pull them when the 3 guards are attacking an existing mob, it seems to be easier that way.
5 Start pounding your rotation on the mob that that is getting attack, rinse and repeat.

*Survivability* If you by chance pull aggro on 1 of the 2, you have 3 ways to reset aggro:
Mirror Image, Ice block, or just simply leaving and re-entering the instance. I suggest leaving and re-entering the instance only if the mobs are at a high hp.

you have to reset the instance, limiting it to 5 runs an hour.

Yeah it does work on a hunter, I just tried it...just pull 2 mobs back to NPC's then feign death, get up and kill...the NPCs pull huge threat so dont have to worry about aggro. Thanks.

Just pull the mobs , Shadowmeld ( 2min cd ) and get ready to kill some

So the drop chance of a BOE is about 2.5% chance per mob (all boes included) and you are doing this with three mobs at once. So in order to get 100 mobs killed you would need to do this 34 times, which means that you need to do every run in under 2 minuets which is impossible. Not saying that boes aren't worth going after but the drop percent is very low that if you are only doing 100 mobs per hour or so it might not even be worth it.

I use this method of BoE farming ICC alot, it's easily done using a rogue, but I've used my mage, hunter and shaman aswell. Just want to point out, if you kill one mob and let the other reset...they respawn instantly. Just let it kill the gaurd.

Just use Eyes Of The Beast and aggro the trash, kite it around the room a bit. Afterwards, feign death, and let them go after gaurds. You need to damage them, coz if the gaurds kill them, you'll recieve no loot rights.
