Its vastly superior to str food. Extra mitigation and armor. Atleast for DKs/druids. From what i know. Hit and Expertise food would be superior if undercap.

If you need threat then strenght food is the way to go. and 40 agility doesnt give a hell lot of mitigation tbh. A bit crit, but str would be better for threat imo.
