Get The most out of RAF(Recruit-A-Friend )

Recruit-A-Friend

Recruit -A-Friend is referral system that lets you send trial key you or a friend. When it's fully activated you get advantages that you can use/abuse to what you want. More information is here. Blizzard Support

Step 1

If you are not doing it alone this is not a guide that you will want to use. This was made so you can RAF level with yourself.

Things you need :

• Alot of time
• Vanilla Wow cd key
• Your main account
• Account that has a lvl 80 on it that you can use( Note this can not be your main account that you are using.)
• Innerspace/ISBOXER this is optional.

Step 2

First thing you need to do is log into your main account and click the RAF button.


Now from there click the actual RAF button.


Ok now what you are going to do is fill out you info like so.

• Name: Your name
• Email: Your email
  
• Custom Message: Dont change

Now you are going to get a email from blizzard that gives you a trial key. Copy the key and go log into your main account at Battle.net. Once you are logged in click the explore button and click add game. Now paste your key into the "Enter key here slot".

Step 3

OK here things are going to be the log and boring part. There are two ways you can go with this. Since you are doing this alone you will be running 3 copies of wow.

• LVL 80
• Main account
  
• New account

The ways you can go are:

• The first way is to open 3 wows and keep alt tabing to your other copies of wow.
• The second way you will be running Innerspace/ISboxer.

So you decided to go the harder and cheaper way. First we are going to make some macros. Open up 2 copies of wow. Log into your main account and your new account. Create the characters you are going to want to level. ( Make sure there are on the same server as your 80 boosting character. The way you are going to level is by making the character follow and the 80 booster. Then you would put the characters in a safe spot inside the instance. Pull a large mod with the 80 and kill them in range so the characters will get xp.

Here are some macros that might be usefull when leveling.
New account macros:

• Follow macro

[SPOILER]/follow main charater's name [/SPOILER]
[SPOILER] /focus level 80 booster[/SPOILER]

Main account macro:
[SPOILER]/follow level 80 booster[/SPOILER]
[SPOILER] /focus level 80 booster[/SPOILER]
[SPOILER] /invite level 80 booster
/invite new accounts charatername[/SPOILER]

Step 4

OK now here comes the fun part the leveling. What you are going to want to do is get as many 60 as you can. What you can do now is the trial account is only good for ten days. The highest level you can get is 20 so what you can do is level as many level 20.

Leveling instance guide:

• 01-10
  For these levels, the fastest way is to group up and quest or get quest boosted.
  Horde - Blood elf starting area, Undead if you dont have TBC.
  Alliance - Dranei starting area, Human if you dont have TBC.
  
  
• 10-15 Alliance - Deadmines
  
• 10-20 Horde - Shadowfang Keep
• 15-20 Alliance - Stockades
  
• 20-35 Scarlet Monastry
  
• 35-45 Zul'Farak
  
• 45-55 Stratholme - Scarlet side then Baron runs.
  
• 55-60 Hellfire Citadel Ramparts if you have TBC, Stratholme runs otherwise.

So it is the nineth day you have leveled all the 20 you can on the server or as much as you wanted. You are going to want to get a vanila wow cd I suggest from here OffGamers - Game Card, Game Currency & Leveling Service Platform.. Log into your trial account on battle.net and click upgrade. Then add your cd key and now you have a vanila account plus a free 30 days to level.

Now you are able to level too 60 with out being block at 20. What you are going to do now is level the charater you already leveled to 20 to 60. I was able to level from 20 to 60 in about a day and a half. You can go faster if you can and want to.

Step 5( Granting levels)

So you have leveled 4 pairs to 60. Now you can grant levels from your vanilla account to your main account. You can grant half of you levels from any of you characters on the vanilla account to a new character on your main account. Just create a new character on the main account and log on to one of you vanilla account charters and grant 30 levels to it and repeat. To grant levels you have to be in a group. Just Right click on the new characters portrait and hit grant level.

Q:What can i do now?
A: Many things you could add game time and level more charade on a new server. You can just level the new characters on your main account. What I was I farmed with the characters on my vanilla account with a bot.

Q:Why didn't I get the mount.
A: the mount award is if you paid for 2 months of time on the vanila account.

Nice and well written, but really mate, there's like 100 guides and tips for this already, i didn't find anything new myself atleast that i didn't already know, but ofcourse some might do, and you put a lot of effort in it, +rep.

btw, it might just be me, but the red text annoys my eyes, and is hard to read

recruit urself level to level 8 place toons at start of instance and clear it with 80, take the toons out reset = profit? what did i miss ?

macros are pointless
