There's no best method. To be honest the "bests" methods around are regarding the prices in the Auctionhouse, which means that if someone is already using that method it wont be that good as if you are the only one using it. So the best method depends on your server and on you to be honest. You need to find a method that adapts to you.

Stealth at x2 speed and spam the macro, it will automaticly loot them, you don't even get to see the loot boxes.
