Crab is not a good pet. It was thought to be in earlier seasons.
Spider is the way to go for 2v2
Serpent is the way to go if you have someone who can snare for you. You need serpent to cover your serpent sting with it's poison spit from dispels.

wait, wait, wait, wait, what is the blasphemy you speak of, DKs if played right are gods in arena.

Pre 2.6k me and my friends found, Unholy/Ret/Marks rapes face off in arenas.

a warrior in PvP can not reach ArP cap because it's physically impossible to get 1400 ArP rating without full PvE gear.

How do you think mages have a con of less survivability?

I dunno how you can see them with that, you got several escaping mechanisms, a spell to make yourself invulnurable for a very long time (except if dispelled), shields, novas, blinks, invis, there's so many, i can't see how you think they got a small amount of survivability, even if they are targeted in 5's as a good mage you can iceblock before your dead, or flee in some kind of way, and have a healer use a cooldown on you.

In many duels against other classes mages can also outlast you by simply his shields and running away until he forced you to use your CD's.
