[Guide] Make gold Farming Pristine Black Diamonds in Stratholme

I've actually only noticed the way the price of pristines fluxuate depends on if there is/how many people are farming the insane title on your server now. A group of 5 of my friends on the server are all doing it now and competing for fun and pristines are now going for ~900 gold on my server.

I wasn't actually aware of how the price has shot up on these until I read this post. On my server I have now sold 2 for 532g a piece. Got them both doing the method you described so have a cookie. Thanks for the contrib.

Is there a reason the title says, "Stratholme" and the guide is about "Scholomance?"

I think one of the Mods changed the title for him and accidently wrote Stratholme instead of Scholomance ^^

As stated before, extremely server dependent. I think I'd be lucky to get 500g per diamond on my server.

Pristine Black Diamond = 400-700g in my server.

Edit: Bought all of them now and put them into the AH for 500g each. Maybe somebody will buy them :P

The drop rate is very very small and I dont know. worth it to farm them and hope for good luck.

I guess you get the same drop rate as I have. I don't know why the drop rate is so incredibly low for most ppl. Perhaps somehow server dependent aswell? But seriously, this trick only works if you meet some conditions:

1) It's at least 300g+ worth on your server
2) You have a decent droprate in Scholomance and/or Stratholme
3) Not to many ppl farm it on your server

On one day farming, I get at least 10 pristine black diamonds, useally more. I sell them at 450g each on my server. So 10k gold in one day farming isn't very rare for me. Guess I'm just incredibly lucky compared to most others here.

PS: A mod changed my title and probebly made that mistake. Saw someone asking about it
