If your neutral + then they will stop attacking you and you won't be able to attack them if you rest.

2-aggro a mob at the top of the inn
3-jump to the bottom of the inn
4-aoe
5-if you're a semi-decent tank you shouldn't take hardly any damage
6-heal up, head to the top
7-repeat 1-7
8-exit endless loop ...oh wait you can't

Actually you should just turn on hostile (or whatever the option is called) in the reputation pane and start attacking NPCs (to get to hostile that is).
Once you reach that point just aggro (don't kill) an NPC and 1 guard will spawn to "defend" the NPC, 15-20 guards will spawn (1 at a time) before they stop spawning, don't ask me why they just do. When that happens kill the NPC and aggro a new one a few houses away.
The spawning guards seem to spawn from specific points, which have a certain amount of spawns, before they have to "recharge".
Atleast thats how I did it back when I were still playing WoW (and were farming BB rep).
BTW I did this on a ILevel 200 some (all Purplez) feral cat druid.
