How to make 250g+ per hour easily as a miner

i have been reading guides here for a while and though't it was time to pay it back. im not sure what counts as elite guides so if it does someone please move it for me and i also don,t expect rep because i see alot of people not liking people asking but you decide. i searched past posts and noone has suggested this method that i can see. Thankyou.

So you hear about proffesions being the decent way to make gold. If you ask anyone how they afforded that mammuth mount they tell you 'learn to do professions' well i have the way that miners make gold after discovering this myself.

First ill start by saying you get mining from a 'mining trainer' i use Wowhead website to find locations of trainers or (a free hint ) you can ask the guard in any stormwind or ironforge for directions to things like the mining trainers. At the start you can only mine copper ore but this is ok, i am up to mithril ore and it makes alot more but we will get to that soon.

this is copper ore here Copper Ore - Item - World of Warcraft and can be mined from Elwynn forest. There is a website here WoW Mining Guide 1-450 | Mining Leveling Guide that shows you wear to mine for each level of mining skill. So start in elwyn forest.

normaly when mining you will get ore and it can be sold to your average general goods vendor for a few gold at most. This helps you level but once you are higher level in mining what is that point for only a few golds? i am only a lvl 60 but am already making lots and lots of money so i wanted to share with you.

Everyone knows what the auction house in WoW is soi wont explain that but people are leveling other proffesions like jewelcrafting or mining (through smelting) and instead of going out and mining like we will be doing they would prefer to just buy ore and use it. so now instead of getting <1 gold for selling 20 copper ores to a general goods vendor you can sell it for 1-10 gold depdning on your server, my server is about 4g per 20. now you may be thinking well thats not a lot of gold for a levle 60 but yes you have to put up with low profits as you level up, the real money is at mithril ore./

as i say i haven,t been past mithril ore but a 20 ores of mithril will sell for about 30-50 gold depending on your server!!

So if you follow the paths on that website i said earlier you could get 60-100 mithril ores an hour and be making 250+ gold an hour!

so remember next time you finish a mining session to level up or if this guide has made you start mining instead of selling it to a vendor put it in the auction house. it will take a while to sell, and you have to get used to the sale price and figure that out but once you do you can make lots of gold.

If you wanted an even quicker way to do this, you could make a deathknight and use him as a farming toon for these low level ores. i.e.

On a Pale Horse

Acherus Deathcharger

Obviously one would require a character at or above level 55, but if somebody did not have enough gold for an epic mount or some such this would be the way to go.

i get over 250g from just prospecting 10 stacks of saronite ore... That's like only 4 min of work for 250g, sitting still, pressing one button...
