I always (shamelessly I might add) use Ensidia.com's class guides when prepping a PvE character, only such a shame they don't have some class/spec combos up :/

Awesome guide for beginners and nice reference guide for veterans as well. Plays on the key notes needed to be known by everyone playing rogue and gives that extra little bit to point you in the right direction of tailoring a rogue to your liking. I was looking for a reference point like this so I greatly appreciate you bringing it right to me lol.
