How to AFK play this game (HEALER)

Dont really how you see this as AFK (away from keyboard), you're still there.
However I do watch movies and series while questing, healing and sometimes even raiding, but use just one screen.

It looks like this:

All you need to do is start your media player (I used windows media player here) and turn on the always show on top function.
And you'll have to find a spot without vital UI to position your mediaplayer

If it doesn't work you might have to change your Video settings in WoW to maximized windowed mode.
