I finally finished it today.

I hope you enjoy it.

In there you will find tips for leveling every class. You will find tips for making gold while leveling your class. I'm sorry, but I can't just post it. It's around 15 pages long.

NOTE: Talent builds presented in this guide are not "the best". They are made to give you a general idea of what kind of talents you should take.

NOTE #2: This guide is aimed at people who are starting fresh. Not people with level 80 chars on the same server.

NOTE #3: It's NOOB FRIENDLY.

I haven't read it yet but skimming through it it seems promising. Plus there like 10 downloads and no feedback. +Rep, I expect this will be a great guide and cheers on the amount of time spent making this.

Edit: 1)Try to fix the grammar errors, still plenty that even Microsoft word picked up.

I'm not going to lie, but this has to be the easiest way to loose a TON of gold. Undercutting is a horrible way to make Gold and minimizes the profit you make. Get auctioneer and scan the AH regularly. You should sell when prices are inflated and try not to undercut because this is what makes prices deflate. Undercutting may be faster but it is NOT good information that a new player should know.

3) "6. LIE.
Yes. Lie. Basically just lie to get more gold. Let’s say you have an item on the AH that costs 100g. Make an false bank alt named <trololobank> or something stupid, just make it have the name bank in it to be more trustable, since people will check for its level. Your item on the AH is 100g. Post in trade that you are buying that item, but for a higher price, like 140-150g. People who are stalking the AH are going to buy your item and whisper to you. You will know if its bought if you are on the AH, which you should be."

Again, not information a new comer should know. This is a form of scamming and people will grow to know you and may not trust you. Although it is just using game mechanics to an advantage, it isn't smart doing this on a character with a higher social status.


Other then that I found the guide entertaining although fairly repetitive at times and the detail was so and so and would benefit a new player. =) Not trying to be rough, just constructive with my criticism.

We're talking about making gold while leveling, though. You want to sell your items fast, not wait for the prices to go up.
And we're not talking about the endgame markets, where you can't just change to a higher item, we're talking about a simple Copper market. You're going to change to Tin and then to Bronze, and so on, so it's not a loss.

And yeah, those grammar errors ;/ Most of them should be at the end of the guide, because I finished it at 1 AM or so and I wanted sleep, but at the same time I was like "Now or never!".

So many people downloaded and didn't say a simple "Thank you".

Here's something for the leechers to think about:

When an author, movie maker, music maker, or creater of whatever creates something, he waits to see for how people will think of it and if it is any good. If people go negative, the creator doesn't see any point to continue releasing anything if nobody likes it.

If his work is liked by people, the creator becomes tempted to make more. Which is only good for people.

Now, leechers on this forum, they just want to take something and go use it. Can't you understand that if you tell people your opinion, it will be much better for you?

Lets take Netherweave bags for example, there is always demand. Lets say the average price is 15g but the current AH price is 10g, there is no need to post at 9g99s99c, you could just post at 15g for 48 and still see the bags sell. You just have to know the demand

2. WATCH FOR UNDERCUTTERS!
While it is good for you to undercut, it is definitely NOT good for you to get undercutted!

Yes watch for them indeed, buy them out till when they go below crafting price, they will once run out of money

4. BUY LOW, SELL HIGH!
The most important rule! If copper ore goes for 3g a stack and copper bars go for 7g a stack, buy copper ores, smelt them and resell them for 7g! That’s a 5g profit for each stack!

The description you give has nothing to do with buy low sell high. It's just simple crafting, you could do this with anything from scrolls to epic gems to flasks to belt buckles.

7. MAKE BANK CHARACTERS!
Bank characters save the pain of having no bag space. Just equip your bank character with some 14+ slot bags and send everything important to him. Buy some bank slots for him too. Hell, you can even make a guild and kick everyone, so that you can get guild bank tabs.

I agree with this one. Don't forget mail is also a good storage for stuff.

Id just like to express that i personally don't like when people make remarks on why people are not thanking or replying.
I agree with you 100% that people should atleast say thanks for something that was useful for them, but just making number of posts about why people aren't responding, and how they leeching is only bad for you. Don't take it to your heart. Make something. And don't stress over it, be it even 1000 leechers, and 1 happy user than thanked you. Don't forget that even leechers are, indeed, thankful they just arent expressing themselfs.
