I see that there is already a nice guide for grinding charms by trampling the undead mobs at the citadel, but mine is a bit different, yet even easier and faster.

Enter ulduar raid instance, start the event, grab a demolisher and rip the "Steelforged defender" mobs to pieces. They constantly respawn from the pillars so you can get a ton of charms in no time.
