First of all, this is not a guide at all.
Second, you do not need to be lv 80 to do this, since there are 3 levels of scroll of recall, you just need to be higher level than the scroll you'll use. So if you'r horde lv40+ and you use Scroll of Recall (1) you'll end up in one of this locations

-Stonard
-High in the air on the coast of Swamp of Sorrows (you'll be killed)
-Stuck on a barn roof in Tarren Mill
-In front of Karazhan
-In the middle of Feralas
-Gadgetzan Cage
-Cannon Rampart south of Booty Bay
-Undercity Courtyard
-Thunder Bluff, Central Rise
-Crossroads, The Barrens
