Make a small bit of profit from Silvermoon Harry on RP servers.

Especially low level RPers where good looking non-clownsuit gear is scarce. You may also know how sexy the Blood Elf starting gear is damn sexy, it's a bit of a pain to get to the Alliance though. This is where "Silvermoon" Harry comes in.

"Silvermoon" Harry sells a number of Blood Elf starting items that people on RP Servers (alliance side) will pay around 1-10g for depending on the item. He is located at around 35, 80 in Howling Fjord

He sells the following items:
Acolyte's Dagger - 37c - (this item does not sell on the AH, don't bother with it.)
Acolyte's Shirt - 1c - Sells for between 1s - 10s
Apprentice's Staff - 46c - Sells for 8g on average (this is the big seller I have sold 10-20 of these in a day)
Light Cloth Pants - 51c - Sells for 1g - 5g
Unadorned Chain Leggins - 72c - Sells for 1 - 20s

Of course, the prices and selling rates depend on your server but personally I load up on at least 20 Apprentice's Staves every time I'm in Howling Fjord. They sell extremely well on Argent Dawn EU.

While this isn't really a viable main source of profit, it is a good way of getting a little bit of money without spending much.
