I understand that you'd assume it's a copypasta (happens often on this site); however, I've always been vehemently opposed to reposts, and any time I've accidentally reposted something, I've made note of it in the thread and asked for my post to be deleted.

As for this guide, It's 100% authentic. I threw it together one night after turning off my bot due to a plethora of whispers from the night before. I don't want to turn this thread into a flamewar or arguing - If you can find evidence that this is a copypasta(you won't :3), then I'd happily take a -50 rep and have the thread deleted. Until then, please keep the thread clean of flaming. Ty.

This is especially true in games like WoW; people cross the same areas often while leveling/grinding, and they WILL notice you. Bot for 8 hours max.
I don't agree with this. I've had profiles that I ran for 2 weeks straight, back with Glider that got me from 1 to 70 completely afk. These days I usually go for 12 hour periods, but have no hesitation running for 24 hours.
A safe way to do that is by not being too far away from your computer and having an alarm that notifies you of whispers.

Sitting in one place killing the same mobs for 8 hours every night will get easily reported. Vary your grinding areas and mobs.
This I do agree with, if you're grinding an area come back every now and then and see if it has become crowded. Not only is it slightly more unsafe but decreases your income, just choose a different profile and grind elsewhere more quiet.

In the end botting is never safe, there is always a risk of being banned. But you can improve your odds of not getting caught by simply using common sense
