faster looking for group (need tank or healer friend)

Well i searched and could not find anything for this so to get a fast or instant party for a random heroic:

Step 1: Invite a friend who can say they are a tank or healer into your group.

Step 2: Get a group together fast because you already have a tank or healer because there are too many dps in the world.. of warcraft.

Step 3: Once in a group your friend can leave and you will find a new tank or healer in a few seconds due to being at the front of the quene.

Step 4: ???

step 5: Profit.

Doesnt do any good being at the front of the que if there is no tanks in the que

but I can see this being a bit faster

XD well for example on my server it will take probably 20-30minutes i quene with a friend as tank he leaves after we get a group in a second and then a new tank comes in about 15seconds so works for mine.
