Truly a great guide, which was a very interesting read for me.

Just a suggestion: You could post an AddOn list and other useful information regarding PvP and/or PvE as it is a great key in how to become a good player at either one of them.

Another thing you could mention is picking professions for Min/Maxing, as it can make a big difference once you're skilled enough to play your class to the fullest in both PvP and PvE
