Yes, if someone puts in a report about you, and they review you, you will most likely get a warning or if its a repeat offense, a ban, for spamming.

If you send out 30+ invites, and someone reports it, it doesn't matter how you do it.

The thing is, people usually don't put in a ticket. So you should be fine.

hello i have been using this for weeks and havent been banned or even warned.

i have a little strategy i do:

since everyones online on weekends, i do a full 1-80 recruit using this addon. then for the rest of the week i do level 1 spams since after about 10 minutes of being a new character, youll be level 2 and they wont get the guild invite anymore

thats why i have a lot of level 1s but most of them are like 60 by now :P

LOL this is actually a fantastic idea haha - lvl 1 spams only ... very good idea. It is so true, you to lvl 2 in less than 10 min

2hours ago I was using this addon, I have just gone online and tried to use it and the game doesnt recognise the command. Any possible reason? I have not edited any of the files.

I doubt they can ban you or even warn you for this because there is option in interface where you can decline all guild invitations.
And they can ignore you also.

Iv been using this sometimes for 3 times in a row 1-80,so those lvl 80s would get invited 3+ times by me in span of 10-20 mins and im sure someone reported me for spamming,some even gave me angry whispers and then got even more invites(i invited those manually like 10 times then).

This is same as creating macro to open trade window and then going to orgrimmar or other capital city and then spamming trades and then getting banned.I doubt anyone got banned for using this.

I made a GM ticket asking if using an addon to mass invite people to guilds can get you banned. He said no its not and if you keep getting spammed just do an ignore on the player. This was on EU so it may differ to US.

I've asked a GM if the macro is bannable.
He said he didn't see any reason for it to be bannable.
But he also told me to use it with care to not make people angry...

Yeah, or you could just use the macro that was released which allows for much more customization, lol.

Change ORCISH to COMMON if you're Alliance and then you /who whatever you want and then click it. Released 4/22/07

Btw dont run it to much in short time:P people get greatly anoyed to be invited 3x and are declining lol got alot of nerdrage whispers:P
So is there a way you could implement a log or so where it doesnt invite peoples who are declining next time. or would it be to dificuilt
