Okay so I'm guessing you guys do Naxx for gear or badges its irrelevent but I found

Iceweb Spider Silk - Item - World of Warcraft from a spider in naxx x4 .. so I went to vendor it and i was like WHAT?! 4G?!

So I decided to see if theres more mobs that could drop this item more frequently and easier to find

Crystalweb Spitter - NPC - World of Warcraft

BINGO ... low HP mobs with high spawnrates in a cave no one will find you .. did someone mention botting

I searched for this and never found anything on it , on my AH they are going for 5g a piece ... very good gold rate.

and item .. with 30% chance drop .. with high spawn rated mob that drops it .. sells for 1g to vendors .. and this is critical in tailoring I doubt theres servers that would sell it for any lower than 3g .. plus .. its better than the gray item that drops from the guys in stormpeaks

Sounds good, Though i suggest you farm on Trapdoor Ambusher - NPC - World of Warcraft
Cause of other drops, means atleast 50s+ per kill!

Thats awesome mate! The silks sell for 10g a pop on my server. Managed to get 20 of them in half an hour, along with 5 stacks of leather and a load of grays etc. Works out at around 460-490g an hour for me! The botting potential is massive, thanks for the tip bro!

this is extremely server dependant...i have a maxxed tailor with ulduar patterns and i never use this spider silk...it WAS used at lower lvl items for northrend patterns..but its not a widely needed item.
