But its easy to write stuff and then it dosent work.. Not feeling keen on buying 1x gamecard 1x faction change 1x realm transfer to see if this works or not.

And what i know they reset the arena points when you hit 71. Not 100% sure if the weapons get deleted or not so some kind of proof would be nice

man a friend of mine says it cant be done that u need to be lvl 80. hes lvl 70 and has sick gear and has tried it. he did that in area 52

Plenty of people still do rated arenas in 2's.
For example I am in a TBC / L70 Twink guild on Stormrage (Same battlegroup Jujuu and I know which chars are his).

We have plenty of level 70s that are active and doing arena

We are on Stormrage US Alliance, and we can't give screenshots atm because it is maintenance

He said that he's able to BUY level 80 weapons with level 70 arena points, he didn't said that he's able to EQUIP them.

Yeah as far as my understanding goes, you are able to use your Level 70 easily gained 2K arena rating to then buy L80 arena gear which requires a 2k or close rating which the reader is unable to get because they need to l2play :P
