Requirements:
-Gnomish Engineering (450)
-Some gold (500-1,000 ish)
-Know how to make macro's
-Honored with The Ashen Verdict

Recommended:
-A friend/contact with Mining - 450
-AuctionLite - Addons - Curse
-Decent social skills

STEP 1 - Macro's

Macro for trade chat.

/2 WTS Iceblade Arrows - 7g/stack
/2 If you buy 10 stacks or more you get 1 stack for free!

Macro for whispering - First do /who 80 hunter. Then whisper them this macro.

Hi, I was wondering if you needed to buy some Iceblade Arrows. For only 7g/stack

STEP 2 - The Idea

I'm going to do the calculations from prices on MY server.

To make 1 stack with Iceblade Arrow - Item - World of Warcraft.
You need 2x Crystallized Shadow - Item - World of Warcraft
And one stack of this = 1x Eternal Shadow - Item - World of Warcraft

So basically you only buy Eternal Shadow - Item - World of Warcraft off the Auction House.
And 1x Eternal Shadow = 5x Iceblade Arrow Stacks.
So if you buy 1x Eternal Shadow from AH for 10g ish. (My server)
You can resell the 5x Stacks of Iceblade Arrows for 7g/stack. = 35g
Which gives you a profit of 25 Gold PER Eternal Shadow you buy.


STEP 3 - Your friend/contact

If you have a friend with mining 450. He most likely uses it to mine Saronite Ore - Item - World of Warcraft In Sholazar Basin.
By the time he is doing this. He will obtain LOTS of Crystallized Shadows.
Which he probably want to sell really quick, and might sell them to you for 50% the price even.


STEP 4 - The Selling
Just press your trade macro and you might get a few buyers.
If they wants you to C.O.D The arrows to them, tell them you will!
And with the special offer your giving. You might get some HUGE buyers.
Like they might want to buy 100,000 stacks at a time (thats 10 stacks for free)

Would be nice, but heavily server dependent. On my server, Iceblade arrows are about 1g25s a stack.

Yes, Tobeo.. Thats EXACTLY what we're doing.
Although alot of people haven't done the math to actually figure out that they can make HUGE money with this (Server dependent ofc).
So basicly I'm just helping along.

You need to be honored with the Ashen Verdict though in order to do this. Other than that, it is a very nice trick if your server supports it. On mine, there's still quite a few engineers running this strategy so it is not very profitable. I could have sworn I saw guides similar to this when the patch was released... can't seem to find them though. Either way, +Rep for you for contributing ^^

You can make even more money by selling them stacks of 100 instead of a 1000 lol. I have made about 4k doing that.

Yeah, seen quite a few people doing that.
But if you do it 'my way' alot of people will add you, and after awhile you got like 15 active customers.
