[TIP] A fast and cheap way to get Greater Planar Essence

Hello out there, again!
As my first guide failed pretty hard, i have decided to make a new one.

I've searched the forum MANY! times, and couldn't find any threads about this, even tho this is an old trick!

To the guide.

For this guide you need:
- Enchanting lvl 275+
- Own Halaa/capture it

If your faction owns Halaa, are you able to purchase:
Avenging blades (Sold by vendor for 2gold 21silver 42copper) Avenging Blades - Item - World of Warcraft
Halaani Claymore (Sold by vendor for 9gold 24silver 63copper) Halaani Claymore - Item - World of Warcraft

Theyre purchaseable from the NPC Aldraan, which is in Halaa.

You need to disenchant these things. Aldraan sells 3 of each every hour.

When i disechant:
Avenging Blades - i always get 1-2 Greater Planar Essence, i've actually never got any Arcane Dust.
Halaani Claymore - i often get 1 Greater Planar Essence, not so often 2.

On my server Greater Planar Essence can EASILY be sold for 30gold each.

That means:

1 Avenging Blades cost: 2gold 21silver 42copper
1-2 Greater Planar Essence: 30-60gold

30-60gold - 2gold 21silver 42copper = 27gold 78silver 58copper-57gold 78silver 58copper = PROFIT!
On my server you can earn about 27gold 78silver 58copper-57gold 78silver 58copper pr. Avenging Blade.

You can earn about 83gold 35silver 74copper-173gold 35silver 74copper every hour, by just buying Avenging Blades!

1 Halaani Claymore cost: 9gold 24silver 63copper
1-2 Greater Planar Essence: 30-60gold

30-60gold - 9gold 24silver 63copper = 20gold 75silver 37copper-50gold 75silver 37copper = PROFIT!
On my server you can earn about 20gold 75silver 37copper-50gold 75silver 37copper pr. Halaani Claymore

You can earn about 62gold 26silver 11copper-152gold 26silver 11copper every hour, by just buying Halaani Claymore!

WOOPS! These items are only purchaseable every 60minutes/1hour. This is a good combo to either earn some money or skill enchanting, while you are farming rep with kurenai to get mounts, which is an easy way to progress in the achievement [Leading the Cavalry].

REMEMBER! This is serverdependable, but you can almost make a nice profit on every server.

When i first made the thread, i wondered if it was a repost. But tried searching many times with many different keywords, didnt find anything. Even tho it's a repost, people who didnt play BC can see it now.

1. One of the recruirements is that you control Halaa, i wrote that.

2. I have done this very often, captured Halaa with many people, no one bought it. I have actually never seen other buying them.

3. Also i said that this was server dependable, so the planars doesnt have to be 30g each on your server. I also said that they were 30g on my server, please read the threat more carefully.

Im new on the forum, didnt even knew about mmowned in tbc. And as said before i would like a link on a old thread.

Even tho this is a repost, people who didnt know about this, could have use of this.
