I did this last night with 2 friends, I was playing my hunter and tanked/dpsd, we had a resto druid who kept me alive (he never went below 90%).

We also took a paladin for helping with any horde / cleansing.

Very easy fight, took about 10 minutes, we got 173gold each (3 of us) and 2 boe which are on the ah for 250g each.

Not bad at all.. Just gotta wait for the respawn which can vary a bit.

Good suggestion, but it should probably only be used as something to come back to every few days when the mob has respawned and not a main way to make gold (because of the respawn time).
