You can't cast anything from the action bar (makes wow unplayable).
You can't use your quest log.
You can't use the achievement UI.
You can't see item value (or well... it does **** up)
You can't interact with NPC's properly.
You can't see how much gold you have.
You can't use drop down menus..
the list goes on and on and on...

This works I saw it awhile back and only now have tested it. There are some problems though LUA errors pop up but I have addon that hides them. The remote one does not work as I tried this on myself I made the macro got one lucky person to do it to me and when they whispered "hey" nothing happened and it didnt have any effect on my computer like the first one did. Any possibly way to fix it cause I really want to see people go crazy when they are up to a boss and cant do anything.
