You should probably edit out the +Rep request, nobody likes to see that.

If you're going to be fishing up deviates then be sure to get them by an alchemist guildy and sell the savory deviate delights themselves.
If you sell the savory deviate delights at around 6ish on weekdays then you can reap a much greater profit, as plenty of raiders buy them right before a long instance farm, and are willing to pay a higher price.

There are more profitable places to fish, e.g. Ignis' room in Ulduar. Really, any place where you can fish unmolested and catch Northrend fish is going to be more profitable than this.

OMG BANNED! Actually most people are banned when using a fish bot because someone has reported them, a GM whispers them to check if they're botting and bans them. If you're inside an instance it's unlikely you're going to get banned.

Although fish bots like Mr. FishIt may eventually be scanned for by Warden. (I have a very limited knowledge of Warden though)
