Incredible Battleground Experience

This is awful as an alliance on my battlegroup though.

I afk in AV, and get between 0 and 10k xp per 20 minute AV. It's bloody awful

I played about 23 AV in the last two days on the horde side of my battlegroup and only won two of them...nobody on the horde side even listens to you. About a year ago when I played alliance I thought "Woah they are good" but now the alliance seem better.

You can even boost the xp if you visit the cavern at 40,28. There are a lot of lvl 72-74 Harpy's which give up to 1000 xp for my lvl 78 restet shaman.
They are very weak and drop 2-7 silver per kill.
If you grind them a whole AV it's a nice bonus.

I play on Cyclone in EU(the battlegroup known for its skilled PvP players)

Anyways, after 2 days of playing doing quests and AV. I've won about 75% of the AV's ending up giving me about 2-2,5bar(per win) and 1 bar(per loss) at lvl 76..(lvl 77 now)

Good thing about this is the only time horde is active is around 7pm to 10pm other then that we usually are 40ally against 20~30 horde resulting in an easy win

Blizzard owned themself when they said it would be slower then regular questing(which it might be... But if you mix questing and doing AV it's super fast)

Did anyone try to do this in Warsong Gulsch (?) between level 10-20?
BGs aint fun imo but maybe better than questing on my lvl 13 shaman.. so ****ing booring to quest on so low lvl..

You get like no gold while leveling in BG's though. Besides the daily, or looting a corpse.

A good quester get's to 80 faster than a bger, you just can't expect to win always.

Yeah maybe, but a good BGer gets honorcapped faster and can buy gear or epic gems for them when they hit 80

Did this 71-80, on a rogue, it took me 130 Games of AV with 65 wins.

I did 71-80 over three days in AV. It was much faster than I thought. The xp seemed to rack up slowly, but it's a kind of mirage. It seems slow, but then you hit 80 and are like "wow".

FYI, I afk'd at the alliance fortress on "defence!" for every game.

Ehh seems my battlegroup is wayy too slow ... loosing 70% of av`s that i joined so its preatty useless to level

Ive got a mage and lock sitting at 37, anyone know if RaF increases the bg exp as well?

At lvl 72 I only got 5.8k today for killing Galv, and 0 for towers. Do you have to be at Galv when he dies for full xp, and also capping towers? Didn't finish the AV, cause I had to go, so not sure if you get the full xp when Drek is dead?

you shouldve got at least 15k or so exp for galv dude, and it doesnt matter where you are.
