Back: Tigerstrike Mantle + stealth (dagger spec) + dodge (combat)
Chest: Raptor hunter tunic + 6 to all stats
Belt: Ghostwalker's Belt of the Monkey
Bracers: Gallan Bracers + 24 AP (dagger) or +12 stam (combat)
Gloves: Razzeric’s racing grips + 15 agi
Legs: Trolls bane leggings, Petrolspill leggings + nethercleft
Feet: AB reward, fishing boots + agi or stam (Get a Boar's/Cat's Speed for fishing boots)
Ring 1: WSG ring

These twinks are best suited as either a Gnome, a Night elf, a Blood elf or an Undead.

Good against:
Shamans, Mages, Warlocks, Priests, Druids.

Bad against:
Other Rogues, Hunters (although with cripple poison they are better now), Warriors, Paladins.

This really is the best rogue 29 spec i could find except maybe no ripost, endurance/imp spirnt and get malice instead but i dont use that much, Enjoy

If your going swords yeah combat would be the best for reposit and all that, but I found that with a dagger and a ...I'll just post from talent tree.

You can spam backstab for 400ish crits and deal severe damage, more then a sword. In my opinion at least.

If I might make a suggestion, instead of Tigerstrike Mantle, couldn't you use Parachute Cloak if you are an engineer? It's a 35+ item so you could put +12 agi on it...

I agree with the poster above, parachute cloak + 12 agility = ftw. + the fun of jumping of the cliffs at LM with speed boost and fly over to BS.

As gnome the Thottbot World of Warcraft: Deepdive Helmet + libram of constitution, I'd rather go for instead.(If you're gnome that'll say)
Or the other hat wich I can't remember the name for.

Aswell as Thottbot World of Warcraft: Gnomish Shrink Ray as trinket, very good VS Warrior/rogues, if it backfires you can get Xtra AP I think. (If you can't wait for the other trinkets)
