Ahh, except if you add an autoclicker. Position an autoclicker right, and you could easily go afk and leave it buying. I'm unsure about how bannable autoclickers are though, never used one myself.

What is it you don't understand? To break it down, you're watching the Neutral AH for expensive pets being transferred between factions. These pets tend to be transferred at a low price, so you use Auctioneer to watch for them and buy them quickly. Then you just resell at full price. Let me know if you're still confused.

Just a question. Will the pet pop up on your screen? besides the noise, how do you know the price etc. will it show that info and you can click buy quickly?

Yup, You'll get a window pop up on your screen with the item, the price its selling at and asking whether you want to buy it, with a yes and no box. You just have to click yes to buy it.

This works great on a RP server. as you can have horde/alliance characters.

Thats not just RP servers, any normal server (Anything but PvP and RPPvP) will let you have Horde and Alliance characters, but you can't trade between them yourself as you can't trade with your own account. But yeah, I'm on a normal server myself, and it seems more effective than it would on a PvP server, as there does seem to be less interfaction trade on those.
