Get an extra +400 health for ur 19 twink

ok, when you go to Strangle thornvale you get a buff called Zandalar spirit.
you can go there with ur twink get the buff enter a bg and u still have the buff. it is great for flag running ect.

it also increases all your stats.

I went in with my 19 hunter with the buff + rumsey rum black label and i had 1800 hp.

Another twink bear dr00d did this and had 2200hp. Luckily, he was on my side :P

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Spirit of Zandalar gives +50 to all stats, wouldn't that be +500 health?

Besides, you're wrong when you say that it's only to go to Stranglethorn Vale to get it, you actually need someone on your realm to complete the quest you get from 'Heart of Hakkar' when you kill Hakkar, so if you ask me, there's no point in this really.

This might be good if you're farming to get Arena Grand Master, and doing BG's while waiting for the chest to come, you might get lucky and get the buff.

Well, I don't think many people do the quest now a days, so I wouldn't say you're wery likely to get it tbh.

you need to be really lucky when you try to get this. when you turn in the essence from hakkar you get this buff, and people rarely do ZG anymore.

So you need to be talking with people to see when they're turning this quest in to get the buff pretty much haha.

my twink lvl 19 hunter has 1765 health and no stranglethorn vale buff... ill have 2100 health as hunter OWNAGE :O:O

It stacks with the Rallying Call of the Dragonslayer.

However, these buffs dont last through death so one death and youre outta there

Oh and btw, you can get 2200 Hp on a druid without that buff, I got 2k unbuffed on mine, that's with BoA and Arena Grand Master though.
