Why Hinterlands?

My question is why are they and many renters choosing to farm in hinterlands?

This is just a guess, but it can be because of the low population in hinterlands. Low population equals more mobs for each player.

Ive seen kang the depicator drop 5 times in Hinterlands. A friend of mine also said he got two of them of turtles by horde camp on two different alts on same day, sold other one but he showed me one of them.

Maybe thats why? or other rare drops, or mageweave.

-Doesn't require good gear to farm
-Decent drops
-The prices for gathered materials (Ore, herbs, etc) are expinsive for that level because it's underfarmed..

My friend switched servers so he could play with me, and he made a DK and farmed EPL, I was surprised at the amount of gold he made. I know it's not the same exact place but kind of the same thing =P.
