This quest or the followup provide you with a free teleport from SW to a phased version of Orgrimmar which is helpful if you wanna fish up Old Crafty, get RFC achi or just a quick way into the durotar area. There will aso remain a portal bac into SW inside Thrall's room.

You can no longer get the achievements, or old crafty.

I believe it is now no longer possible to fish in phased Orgrimmar. Recently been there, I "fish", I "catch" nothing. The box always comes up, never there. Tried on brothers account same thing. Unless its a bug.

I couldn't receive loot in a phased Orgrimmar either.
