Another Great Way To Make Gold 800g+/Hr

Hello fellow forum readers I have been receiving a few messages from certain individuals for me to make another one of my gold guides. So here it is.

What you need to be able to accomplish this guide is a miner at 275+ Mining And a jewel crafter at 250+ Jewel crafting. If you have these professions already Great! But if you don't i highly do suggest you pick them up on either an alt or level a death knight up to level 60 and pick them up.

What you will be wanting to Mine / prospect are the following Nodes in silithus.

Unlike other guides that just tell you to go mine them and sell them on the auction house this guide shows you the most efficient way to maximize your gold per hour by mining these. Only we will be prospecting the ore then selling the rare gems.

The items / gems you are after are the following from prospecting thorium ore and true silver ore.
Large Opal - Large Opal - Item - World of Warcraft
Huge Emerald - Huge Emerald - Item - World of Warcraft
Azerothian Diamond - Azerothian Diamond - Item - World of Warcraft
Blue Sapphire - Blue Sapphire - Item - World of Warcraft
Star Ruby - Star Ruby - Item - World of Warcraft

On my server these rare gems go for 35g-50g each! Here is the great thing though. If they are only going for 15-20 gold each on your server you simply buy them off the ah and realist them for 50g each. Why will this work? Most miners are too busy mining saronite ore / titanium ore they have forgotten about the old azeroth world content. You can make a killing doing this. I get around 25-30 rare green gems and sell them around 35-50 gold each per hour netting me around 750-850g per hour on average.

Why will this be guaranteed to work? Because with the upcoming patch 3.2 blizzard is releasing new gems. Epic gem quality gems, just like they did in burning crusade when Sunwell Plateau came out. Anyone who has a brain will know that the best way to make gold next patch is selling those epic gems through prospecting titanium ore. Therefore they will want to level up jewel crafting and want to sell epic gems to make a lot of money. This is where you Monopolize on their wanting to level up a profession.

Most people would just go into the hives and mine but with my route following the mountains edge in a few places i have always found a few thorium veins there. I tested both routes, one where i just went into the bug hives and one where i went into the hives + along the mountains edge. My results were the route where i only went into the hives i was waiting 4-5 minutes for nodes to re spawn at the first hive that i entered. The one where i took the mountains edge by the time i got back to my start point all the nodes were there for me.

Decent post. i noticed this when helping my guild master level jewelcrafting but never thought silithus was so promising, nor did i think about how much you could get form prospecting the thorium. A full +3rep for one of the more worthy guides ive seen in some time

Am I missing something? You can't prospect Truesilver Ore, ore any uncommon quality ore, for that matter.
