I'm looking for some help.
You see, I want to be able to swap to another IP adress per demand. The IP I swap to has to be the same every time. Proxies arn't enough. Some sort of Tor-guide would be awesome.

Tor is meant to change every time. It's almost the whole point of Tor. And what are you trying to do? Is this for a game? Is it some retarded forum you were trolling?

Oh, thx for the information about Tor. I'm very new to it.
Well I want to be able to switch to the same IP every time I'm gonna log on to my fake Paypal, so that I don't get limited due to "suspicious activities". That's normal when connecting from different IPs.
