The best way to do this, is to remove your weapons/shields and auto-attack the beast with your fists. You will be getting a dot named ''Venomhide poison''. It should take you about 3 ravasaur (since each beast should splash you about 8times each) before reaching 20/20

Great guide. I just wanted to point out that you only need to get splashed by blood 20 times in the PTR so that it doesn't take forever to test the following quests.

Once 3.2 comes live blizz will up the required amount of times you need to be splashed to the 2000 that it says in the quest text.
