Not so sure about that to be honest. First as someone mentioned there aint any CD on meta gems and there aint any CD on the spell in mmo-champs database either so I blive (and mostly hopes) that there wont be a CD.

I just went on the PTR and I can confirm that all the information posted is true, and all the new transmutes DO NOT have a cooldown.

Like, if calculated correctly, you need 3x forest emerald for 1 eye of zul, then you need 3 eye of zul for 1 cardinal ruby, so in the end you need to buy 3x3 = 9 forest emerald to get 3x eye of zul, so you invest 45 g per cardinal ruby?

With a 5g price on Foreset Emerald that is correct yes.

If making a cardinal ruby will only be roughly 45 g then this will be worthwhile considering the blue red gems are still selling for roughly 90 g (on skullcrusher).

Probably it will have 20hrs cds, same thing was with Icy Prism on PTR it dosent had any cds so you could make them as many as you wanted(probably for testing purpose) but when patch go live they added 20hrs cd so I guess same will happen with epic transmutes
