The Northrend Gourmet – Cook 45 Northrend Recipes, Some come from the Trainer, and Some come from the Cooking Vendor (Costs 3x Dalaran Cooking Awards) (There are 46 in total)

Critter Gitter – Coerce 10 Critters using Critter Bites within 3 Minutes
This is pretty simple, just go to a place with a lot of critters. I’m Alliance, so I used the Crazy Cat Lady in Elwynn Forest

Dinner Impossible – Present a Great Feast in all 5 Battlegrounds
On this, You can Que up for 3 BG's at the same time (Or more, not sure if theres a cap on how many you can que for)But I just qued for 3 the first time, putting one down then the box that asks if you would like to join the next Battleground comes up, just hit yes, go to it set one up and repeat.

Captain Rumsey’s Lager – Make Captain Rumsey’s Lager
This recipe comes from the Fishing Daily in Terokkar Forest (Old Man Barlow)

This takes time and patience, the Northrend Gourmet/Sous Chef takes a while, because the recipes you learn cost Dalaran Cooking Awards, so it will take a week or two. I hope this guide has helped you on your way to becoming "Chef <Insert Name Here>"

Well, I've to say, this is more a list of Achievements(+ where you get some), and not a guide. Nevertheless It's a great list and really helpfull.
