It's bannable in US now too as of a recent patch, I believe.

I'm pretty sure it didn't require a patch to ban a form of player behavior. Yes, a while back a moderator gave a 2-week warning on the forum for US players, saying casinos are no longer welcome. Old news.

Wasn't scamming a non-bannable offense in EU (or was it the US?) as well during vanilla?
