[Overlooked] Client Side Scams.

In-Game version of the scam.

1)On your low lv alot you can find some people in STW or ORG.

2)Then ask them for their email if they give it to you say that youll send them a picture of you getting so much money from this "glitch" say that because you cant do Argent tournament on your alt which happens to be your only alliance/horde character on a pvp server.

3)You will give them the guide on how to do this in exchange for ingame gold,once they give you the gold(And you give them the guide,if they want first.) simply send it to your main and then delete that character in case they ticket a GM.

{Note}The only bad thing about this is that they can do the same to other people,but unless they read this guide they probably wont want to get there main banned for scamming!

Youtube verison of the scam.

1)Firstly create a video in your preferred movie making program about how there is this glitch with the new patch.

2)If they where to send you gold on [insert character here] in [insert any realm here] you would provide them with this guide.

3) Tell them to PM you with their email,and that you will email them if they do. When they say that their interested for [Any Realm.]
Create a character on that Realm and then send them the name. Then send them the guide,they will hopefully send you the ammount of gold you asked for!

4)You can provide the story above,also tell them if they where to make another video about this,you would get youtube to take it down for copyright

{Note:1}I shall provide another example involving the video site, YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.
{Note:2}And I shall let you find a gold site that you think is trustworthy to sell gold to.


I was reading http://www.mmowned.com/forums/wow-ex...ons-purse.html which inspired me to make this guide.

Try to expand this idea into the many client side tricks.

@Hunterplay,maybe you can NOT delete the character,and then if they ask you why it isnt working,say that it was working last time you did it,and that you dont have the gold anymore ? Possibly working if you guildhop/if they are nice people ?
Edit : Maybe some peeps will see the potential,the youtube version could work if youve scammed empty accounts?

A) This is in NO WAY client side.

B) Your method of laundering money (sending it directly to your main) is ridiculously dumb. If you don't know how to move money from a scam, don't post about it.

C) This belongs in the SCAMS section. Knowing where to post can make all the difference.

It's hard to be kind when someone disregards all the standards in creating a thread. You should construct and type your sentences and words to make them clear and understandable. You said there is always something wrong, well he made a list of four things that are blatantly obvious. Next time, Use the scam section. Use spell check and don't take flames too seriously, it's not like these people are screaming at you to get off this website.
