Make Easy Gold Off Obsidian Hatchlings

Hey, the Obsidian Hatchling is one of the Raptor pets added 3.2. Unlike the rest, you can simply buy these for 50g. Well, on my server, Obsidian Hatchlings are selling for 200g on the AH. Basically, you're tricking people who don't know where to buy them. I've use different characters and made 5000g last week simply doing this.


The vendor name is Breanni and she is in Dalaran.

DO NOT be stupid enough to try to sell for 2k. people will get pissed off when they find out, and contact a GM.

be more realistic, people are less likely to go to a GM about 700g than 2k.

I made around 1k gold doing this. I posted them for 500g each right after 3.2, and I sold a few.. but people undercutted me so much.. I was forced to post them at around 170g to make a profit because the AH was flooded with them. I ended up selling around 10 but now I am stuck with about 7 of them in my bags and I can't sell them teehee

civ112, the GMs can't do shit. You're doing nothing wrong because it's their own stupidity.

And yeah did this as soon as the patch came and sold 3 of them for 1.7k each.

GMs dont need a black and white 'offence'. they could ban you for it if they chose.

Heh, this is indeed working.
I have done this everyday since 3.2 for 4-5 Hatchlings per day and everyone of them sells so far. Idk who are those people who pay 450-500g for a 50g pet, but as long as they sell im more than happy
