Boosting on a hunter, quickstyle.

Now I did check so sorry for a repost.

Out of my two and a half years of playing, I've never preffered a hunter booster over paladins, mages ect

But I figured out the fastest way to boost on a hunter, faster than paladins and mages. I want to post this as just about every hunter that has ever boosted me keeps dieing or I die. This will work in just about EVERY instance.

For the starters you will need:

Gorrila Pet - I'll post the spec when I get home
Low levels - As it states
Spec BM - This is my current BM spec that works. 53/18/0

The World of Warcraft Armory

So it's a very simple way to boost but it's one of the best ways. With your gorrila you will stand in the instance and used the move "Eyes of the beast" meaning you will run about and pull as much as you can before it runs out, now the best way is to pull is using charge. While pulling MAKESURE that you constantly use ThunderClap to get as much aggro, with lower end instances like DM ect you can only used it once, so use it when you have your full pull. Then you bring your gorrila back to you and pull the pet behind a wall so that spell casters will come towards you. You can either set your pet to stay and just volly down the targets or you can risk your pet killing them. This works very well in ST. I havn't tested this in TBC content so please do and tell me how it goes. It is by far one of the best ways to boost and the quickest.

Kinda useless. What noob would ever waste their time on boosting at level 80? You might get 15g for boosting a level 30 guy.... The boost will take 30 mins.. I could have farmed 100g in that time. And if you spec BM and choose a gorilla ONLY to boost, then ur a complete noob.

Lets say you have two accounts with wotlk, you have your main account and another account which you invite a friend, or multi-box.

If you boosted two of your chars this way on two of your accounts it's benefitial. He never said that boosting would gain him money, he simply said that this was how he boosted people. Mainly his friends i'm assuming.
Also, i must elaborate on the fact he never 'asked' for rep.

He said "+rep if you want, or flame away."

I'll show you why this is valid:

He simply stated that you could do whatever you wanted, it's his first thread. I think instead of the constant "You are an 'idiot' " remarks to people from those of a status higher than leecher should not be overlooked as much. Reinforcing the fact that it's his first thread, now the flaming he has received could be demoralising. How do you expect someone to contribute if they are under the illusion that anything they post will be useless and flamed.

I don't mean to start arguments but how can you encourage someone to the community to donate or contribute if all they get is flaming.

Why would you boost at 80? Well for many reasons actually.

1) To help guild mates out
2) to be nice
3) If your bored
4) If your getting paid
5) If you ow someone a favor

I could continue if needed, but that isn't the point in this thread. The point is for people who might want to know how to. Hence why i posted it in the guide section. And my boost don't take anywhere near 30 mins........

And who cares if I get plus rep, I'm just trying to contribute to the community by giving out useful information about boosting on a hunter, also I didn't ask for the rep, rep or flame, I'm just trying to help... But if that's the kind of replies you get for trying to help then this community doesn't seem like a nice one.....

And to prove how much of a noob you are, you can have a total of 5 pets in WOTLK so I might have a gorrila which I use to farm AoE mobs, but I also have 4 other pets at level 80 which I use for different situations... so before you go around calling people noobs, actually think about it for two seconds please....

I never posted a guide saying "How perfect my hunter is and how much it owns you all" I poster a guide about how to boost, If my spec is bullshit and my hit isn't cap then fair enough. I like my spec so what difference does it makes if it gets me into ulduar and naxx and also is very good at farming/ grinding ect, in your opinion is bullshit but in mine its a perfectly good spec for what I do, and yes more and more the community seems full of people who just like to flame and not actually comments on the topic.....

Actually mister when I came back to the game with duel-boxing raf i bought boosts from randoms to 60.
Although I was paying 120g per zf run and 100g per strat run

Use a bear not a gorila thats pre 3.1 all tenacity pets can now use thunderstomp where as the bear also has swipe. Trust i've played hunters since pre bc.

I started playing before TBC as a hunter and the reason I said gorilla is because I done the method pre 3.1

I use my wolf for doing this got a full SM Cath run in 1min 51s a few days ago - got payed 80g / run so that netted some quick cash ^,^

Lol, You gotta youtube that one, my fastest SM:Cath is about 5mins, full clear.

Str8 in Kill the randoms till Cath doors then send pet to boss and pull the whole damn place then AoE Like there's no tomorra. The exp flashin up of the nubs screen must of made his mouth drop lol.
