Get +25 Spirit Raid Buff

There is a beer you can buy from Dire Maul (Kreeg's Stout Beatdown that gives you +25 Spirit and -5 Intellect. It stacks with all buffs including Divine Spirit and Well Fed so it is excellent for priests and druids in lvl 80 raids. It is bop and stacks to 10.

1) Enter Dire Maul North. You need the Crescent Key which drops from the imp in Dire Maul East.
2) Run to the end of the instance (do not stop and kill Stomper Kreeg on the way) and kill King Gordok at the end of the instance. He is easy to solo at 80 but do not kill Cho' Rush the Observer beside him or you will not be able to loot the tribute chest). Talk to the NPC who spawns and proclaims you King of Dire Maul. This will make you friendly with the ogres left in the instance.
3) Run back to Stomper Kreeg and fill your bags with the ale. It costs 15s each.

Too bad it's Horde only it seems

Well according to Wowhead the quest he gives is Horde only, but I couldn't get the quest and I think it was removed. You don't need the quest to buy the beer, and both factions can purchase the beer.

this is really old, i still use these today on my 80 druid, i just stock up on 200 or so.
