Keep raid buffs after raid

Today I was fishing and noticed I still had all my raid buffs.

After last night's raid I hearthed and alt + F4ed after raid and logged on today in the empty raid group. I still had all raid buffs and when I left the group, I maintained all the buffs.

When in a raid group and alt F4ing and logging on while the buffer is offline, it appears you keep your buffs when you leave the group.

um, buff timers don't go down when you log, and buffs always stay on you after a raid? Am I missing something?

Just fail, buff timers doesnt go down when you are outlogged.

Yes, currently all raid-wide buffs fall off whenever you or the person who buffed you leaves group. This includes Prayer of Fortitude, Arcane Brilliance, Gift of the Wild, paladin buffs, etc. It's common knowledge that buff timers don't tick down while logged off, but the exploit here is maintaining the raid-buffs upon leaving the group.

Not overly helpful outside of raiding guilds as it needs the buffer to have left while you were offline.
