Nifty ^^.
Well this is a little but useful thing, it's not really an exploit so i put it here.
What you need:
1) Druid with "lifebloom"
2) Dualspec and you should want to change your spec, otherwise this is quite useless for you
So the thing is:
You are somewhere and want to change your spec with the Dualspec feature, but when you do this your mana is reset to 0 and you have to drink or wait until its regenerated.
If you want to instantly shapeshift after the spec change or to cast any kind of spell which costs mana there is a little workaround.
So what you do is:
-1 Put lifebloom on you: lifebloom gives you back 1/2 of the mana it costs when the tick is over
-2 Change the spec: your mana is set to 0
-3 Lifebloom expires -> you gain mana! You now have mana depending on how much stacks of lifebloom you put on yourself.
-4 SHAPESHIFT! or something elsedepending on the mana you've got now
Hope I could help some of you with this little but sometimes useful trick, and no not everyone knows this ;D

i didnt understand anything O_O
sorry for bothering but rly :P
okay so when you have got dualspec you can change between specs all the time no matter where you are.
if you do this you will loose all your mana and you cant do anything until youve regged a little.
so here comes the trick:
lifebloom is a druid spell which restores mana when it expires
when you want to change your spec but dont want to losse your mana simply put lifebloom on you before you change the spec, it will expire after the change and youve got a little mana to spend
hope you know what i mean :P
After lifebloom's ticker is over... it restores 1/2 the mana cost of the spell depending on the stacks (1/2/3)
WouW your so smart.. luckely not "EVERY" druid found that out at the start of 3.1 because its so basic
Listen, #1, no one should flame because it's against the rules of the forums.WouW your so smart.. luckely not "EVERY" druid found that out at the start of 3.1 because its so basic
#2, it's luckily. And Wow, not "WouW", so you shouldn't talk about "basic"...
#3, no, not every druid knew about this. It's actually quite clever, my friend is a druid and he never thought about this.
#4, you're a leecher with 1 post, no rep power, and joined a year ago. ESPECIALLY you shouldn't be flaming about a contribution, because you HAVEN'T CONTRIBUTED.
In all, don't flame if you haven't done ANYTHING to help ANYONE. In fact, just don't flame. Period.
@OP. Like I said before... clever. If I were you, I would clean it up a bit, make it a little easier to understand, but it's a good post. Ignore leeching flamers >.<

Thanks for this![]()
Thanks a lot, I did not know about this![]()
Thanks for this... Many a time has Icecrown scourge jumped me immediately after switching specs.
+2 rep, haven't thought of this, my creativity failed after the free mana from clearcasting a lifebloom![]()
