Maybe for HQ video.

My personal reference:

Standard Quality - 1-1.5MBPS
High Quality - 3 MBPS
High Definition Quality - 5+.

HD works fine as 3mbs, is what I was saying..

I make youtube videos, and 3mbs was HD..

But of course the higher, the better, but 3mbs was enough to trigger HD.

Need a ****ing crack of this right now, the guide on the fancy YouTube video doesn't work at all because there's no ****ing installer or w/e with it. Could you post a link to the installer? At least then there will be one ****ing link to a crack on the whole website.
