Step 1 roll dk
Step 2 get lichbourne through talent tree
Step 3 open macro thing.
step 4 create one choose pic
step 5 get rune power
step 5 1/2
/tar <your char name>
/cast lichbourne
/cast death coil
step 6 put it on your action bar :P

It makes you undead (lichborne) and death coil heals undead targets.

Means that when you use the macro you become undead, and if you got enough rune power you will cast a death coil on yourself = healing yourself ..
Atleast thats what I get outta the post , dno if it works tho .
