[Semi-Exploit/Guide] Make Malygos and Heigan easier

I've always been a big fan of /follow. Back in December when my guild was learning Naxx, I simply told everyone to /follow XXXX during the fire stages. It worked! Sure, every so often someone might get hit due to lag, but as long as the person you have being followed is good, it's easy shit. Now, here is another great idea we recently used /follow for.

Malygos phase 3. We all know it's easy, but this makes it easier. Same concept, designate one person who knows WTF is going on, and have everyone else /follow that person. Your drakes can fire at Maly even if facing the wrong direction from /following someone.

I realize these may seem trivial, but if you are still learning the fight, or having trouble with it. This pretty much alleviates a huge responsibility from each person in the raid, making the fight that much easier.

Enjoy, I hope this helps at least one person get some leet purple epics !

It does make it easier. I remember reading the Malygos part from the strategy guide on Wowwiki.com though.

I'm sure we aren't the original creators, just trying to spread good word.

the malygos part makes it easier for the retards that dont seem to get when they gotta move. For heigan on the other hand i can only see it causin trouble due the latence issue. due latency on youre screen(takin you are the follower) you are right behind you target but on the leader side( the on you do /follow on) you are behind, most likely catchin fires. no matter how good yer connection is this wont work on the DANCE fase on the other fase yeh but how hard is it to stand on the boss?

Lol, thats why we do it on Maly, for the "retards"

However, I can personally vouch for it working on Heigan. Maybe the folowee is just good enough to be a small distance ahead of each flame, not sure, but it has worked several times for me when I was lazy.

We tried that wayyy in the beginning for Heigan. It worked for some people. but those who had bad lag would end up getting hit by the lava. To be honest, if you arent smart enough to be able to dance or strafe to the right, you shouldnt be raiding.

And then you have a guild full of carries who can't think for themselves and unless someone can hold their hand and guide them through every fight they are useless.
