First you start off unfriendly with the Sons of Hodir. In order to become friendly you must do a long chain of quests below;

To get any rep past this you must get a Slag Covered Metal that drops and leads to;

The Refiner's Fire (Drop)
A Spark of Hope

Once that is completed you must pick up the following quests;

Forging an Alliance
A New Beginning
Veranus
Territorial Trespass

In order to complete Krolmir, Hammer of Storms you need to become friendly and complete;

In Memoriam
A Monument to the Fallen

then...

Jormuttar is Soo Fat... (Your mother is so fat)

After the above are completed King Jokkum will talk to tell you Krolmir's Fate for;

Krolmir, Hammer of Storms

And you have finished the first very long chain!

You should be friendly with Sons of Hodir now and should be able to pick up a few quests that you have to do to unlock the dailies.

Yes. The Pre-quest is long, but after that just buy alot Relic of Ulduar and get exalted very fast :P How i did it..

i used model edit on everfrost chips and farmed these to get exalted

I did it in 3 days just by farming Everfrost. No daily quests completed what so ever.
